The Two-Day Teachers’ Retreat was thoughtfully organized as a rejuvenating experience focused on reflection, collaboration, and personal renewal. Day One, held at Serenity Garden, provided a peaceful natural setting that encouraged meaningful connection and mindful engagement. Teachers participated in structured team-building activities, group discussions on assigned themes, and nature-based exploration observing plants and listening to birds creating an atmosphere of calmness and joy.

The day concluded with a warm family dinner at school, where teachers’ families were invited to share positive feedback and experiences. Lead Teachers formally introduced their respective academic blocks, strengthening clarity and collaboration. The evening was made special as teachers received thoughtful tokens of appreciation and blessings from the management, reinforcing a culture of gratitude and belonging.

Day Two began with meditation and Vandana, setting a reflective and spiritually uplifting tone. Teachers then engaged in a mindful walk and visits to nearby places of worship, promoting inner balance and gratitude. A powerful and inspiring session was conducted by Yatharth Verma, City Director at Teach For India, Ahmedabad. His session encouraged educators to step beyond their comfort zones, reflect deeply on their personal and professional journeys, and embrace continuous growth. Pair and group-sharing circles further strengthened connection and trust among staff members.
