DCGES proudly hosted Akshar Conclave 4.0, a two-day transformative experience focused on leadership development, strategic thinking, devotion, and collective growth. The conclave began with a warm welcome by our trustee, Mr. Shantu Vatyani, to our esteemed guest, Antra Ma’am from iTeach Schools, Pune, whose expertise and guidance enriched the entire event.
Day 1 commenced with the sacred pooja of Sharda Maa (Dandh Sahib), invoking blessings for wisdom and success. The spiritual beginning set a purposeful tone for the sessions ahead. Antra Ma’am conducted an engaging and practical workshop on SWOT Analysis, where participants worked in teams to identify strengths, address challenges, explore opportunities, and build strategic action plans. The interactive activities encouraged collaboration, reflection, and effective decision-making. Teachers also presented a thoughtful opening act, adding inspiration and energy to the conclave.
Day 2 began with the auspicious Maha Saraswati Pooja, specially performed for our Grade 10 and 12 board students, seeking divine blessings for focus and academic excellence. The training continued with a forward-looking activity where teams designed newspaper headlines around “Mission 2029” for DCGES.
This visionary exercise strengthened innovation, long-term planning, and shared accountability. The conclave concluded with the symbolic Jal Visarjan of the Akshar Tree, representing growth, gratitude, and renewed commitment. The celebration ended joyfully with a vibrant Garba organized by the SEC members, bringing everyone together in unity and celebration.
