CHILDREN'S DAY.

history_edu school verified

Our school celebrated Children’s Day along with Rishi Divas, beautifully blending joyful performances with value based learning. The event emphasized balance, discipline, and righteous living inspired by the teachings of ancient Indian sages. The program began with a warm welcome to our respected Principal Ma’am, Amol Sir, and Dand Saheb, followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting symbolizing knowledge and enlightenment. Students were introduced to the significance of Rishi Divas and how the wisdom of great Rishis continues to guide us toward truth, service, and strong character.

Kabir House presented spiritually enriching performances rooted in devotion and discipline. Grades 8–9 performed a yoga dance dedicated to Patanjali, highlighting the importance of harmony between mind and body. Grades 1–3 showcased a devotional dance on Ram and Balram, while Grades 6–8 presented “Shree Ram Chandra Kripalu Bhajman,” reflecting cultural pride and moral strength.

Vrind House celebrated the spirit of childhood through energetic and joyful performances. Grades 1–3 danced to “Chote Chote Tamashe,” and Grades 4–6 performed to “Nach Meri Jaan” and “Koi Kahe Kehta Rahe.” Nearly 170 students actively participated through dance, drama, art, volunteering, and event coordination. For many students, it was their first stage experience, making the event a meaningful milestone in building confidence and self-expression.

Conclusion

The Children’s Day & Rishi Divas celebration was not just a cultural event but a reflection of our educational philosophy where joy meets wisdom and talent grows alongside values. By honoring ancient teachings while celebrating the energy of childhood, the program reinforced our commitment to nurturing confident, disciplined, and value-driven individuals prepared for a balanced and purposeful life.
