INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day (21st June), our school organized a structured and enriching yoga session to promote physical fitness, mental clarity, and holistic well-being among students. The event aimed to instill the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life for a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

We were privileged to welcome Shri Vishnu Moti Ramani, a distinguished representative from the Gujarat Yog Board, who conducted the session with expertise and dedication. The program commenced with a collective yoga pledge, encouraging students to practice yoga regularly and uphold its principles of discipline and mindfulness.

Under his guidance, students practiced foundational asanas including Tadasana, Triyak Tadasana, Konasana, Trikonasana, Padahastasana, Ardha Chakrasana, and Child Pose. Breathing and relaxation techniques such as Anulom Vilom and Bhramari Pranayama were also performed, helping students experience improved concentration and inner calm. A highlight of the session was the synchronized performance of eleven rounds of Surya Namaskar, demonstrating coordination, endurance, and collective energy. The program concluded with a peaceful meditation session that allowed students to relax and reconnect with their inner balance.
