Since 2023, Dr. C.G. English School has been home to Akshar - a school transformation program conceived and led by Amol Sharma, working alongside the school's teachers, Lead Teachers, and leadership.
Akshar is not a consultancy. It is not a project. It is a methodology for how a school changes - by building shared vision, then building the systems that carry that vision into everyday practice, then building the people who own and run those systems independently.
It is currently moving into its fourth year. The results are measurable.
